Just a quick note to let you know…Zaida's dedication will be on November 4th during the 9am service. We (along with 7 or so other families) will be up on stage being prayed for sometime between 9:10 & 9:15-at least that's usually the time they do baby dedications! So if you want to join us in prayer that would be the time…
Also we have a few more pics. Chris & Vicki went with us to the church's pumpkin patch to pick out Zaida's pumpkin. She was asleep when we got there and it took her a few camera flashes before she woke up! I think the favorite part of the evening was the petting zoo! This weekend is the Harvest Carnival so I'm sure we will have more pics. next week!
Guess what?! We're walking! Well, sorta! 
Tuesday evening Zaida was "cruising" around the furniture and her toys and then she stopped, let go and stood still for a bit so she could concentrate and then she actually made 3 or 4 steps in a row before tumbling down! So we pulled out the video camera and recorded 10 minutes of her playing, crawling, talking, etc. but she of course refused to take any more steps!! We also had a doctor appointment on Tuesday. Zaida is not so fond of being stuck by needles, but she is growing and developing wonderfully. And she really likes to eat. She goes and digs in her diaper bag to find Cheerios now and is like a little bird whenever we have food. She comes at you with her mouth open looking to get a bite!
We went to Disneyland on Saturday and took a bunch of pictures with Zaida. The park is all fixed up for Halloween and looks pretty cool! So we've downloaded the pictures and they can be viewed on flickr or our photo link. I saw Zaida take a step yesterday with my own eyes! Apparently she takes a step or two at daycare all the time now…she just doesn't want to do it once she gets home so we don't get to see it! Enjoy the pictures!
